The bedrock and foundation of our military is our people and it's imperative that we deliberately invest in that foundation. This summit, hosted by the 11th Wing Development Advisor (DA), is a targeted effort to sharpen the most critical asset in our toolkits, our leadership. Today's demanding and complex operational environment requires leaders, at all levels, to be competent resilient, transparent, and authentic leaders. This one-day event is designed to be more than a lecture but more of an immersive experience aimed at inspiring, promoting and arming our leaders.  From personal testimonials from present and past enlisted leaders, to showcasing strategies on how to build resilience and enable leaders to build strong teams. It's about forging the next generation of leaders who are able to inspire excellence at every level.
